Dr. Mark G. Holman, DVM

Dr. Holman is a 1990 graduate of Texas A&M University School of Veterinary Medicine. Mark moved to New England after graduation to work with Jay Merriam and Lolly (Sarah) Cochran of Massachusetts Equine Clinic for 4 years. Boston Equine Associates was established by Dr. Holman in 1994. A lifelong horseman and rider, he has a special interest in lameness and especially soft tissue injuries of competition sport horses. Mark is an original member of the International Society of Equine Locomotor Pathologists. In his spare time, Mark is an avid marathon runner and triathlete.

Dr. Rebecca Ruemmler, DVM

Dr. Ruemmler graduated from the University of Illinois Veterinary School in 2006. She joined Boston Equine in 2007 after spending one year as the Equine Medicine and Surgery Intern at the University of Illinois Teaching Hospital. She has quickly built up a loyal following in our community. In 2010 Dr. Ruemmler completed the intensive Veterinary Acupuncture Course administered by The International Veterinary Acupuncture Society.
